Fenwick House Designs in Nantucket, MA, was founded in 1998 by Barbara A. Halsted, ASID.
Ms. Halsted received her undergraduate degree from Goucher College and did her graduate studies at the Maryland Institute College of Arts. She has been a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) since 1980 and has served as an officer for that organization.
Ms. Halsted began her professional interior design career in the Washington, D.C. area doing such diverse projects as villas and palaces in the Middle East, vacation homes and yachts, country clubs, hotels, and restaurants.
